The Harp is a small vessel on Boulevard de Clichy, with its fine wooden paneling tanned by ocean mist. Far from the cold, steel machinery of other Irish harbors, the Harp is a warm haven; a drunken Pub which had set sail on the open sea and has run aground after climbing the Seine. Guided by a master craftsman, drinks are served, bellies are warmed, and the tavern's rustic appearance evolves along with the passengers' discussions at the helm. However, she constantly guards her unique character which serves, for some, as a second home. Everyone is welcome on deck or in the hold, well anchored at the counter and, as promised, not in a strange galley.
